The COSRX Master Patch Original Fit is a hydrocolloid acne patch designed to protect blemishes while absorbing impurities and excess oil for faster healing. These thin spot patches help reduce redness and prevent picking or external irritation, creating an ideal environment for recovering skin.
The patches adhere comfortably to the skin and work overnight or throughout the day to visibly calm active breakouts without drying the skin. Each pack includes 24 patches in 3 different sizes to target pimples of various sizes while helping minimize the risk of post-acne marks and scarring.
Recommended for: Acne-prone and all skin types
Can be used for: Breakout-prone areas needing faster healing and protection
How to use:
- Cleanse and fully dry the skin: Begin by gently washing the area with a mild cleanser. The skin must be completely dry; moisture or residual skincare products can interfere with adhesion and reduce effectiveness.
- Choose the right patch size and apply directly: Select a patch slightly larger than your blemish. Gently peel it off the backing without touching the adhesive, then press it firmly onto the spot, ensuring all edges are securely sealed.
- Leave it on until it turns white. Change it after showers and cleansing.
- Replace with a new patch if the blemish hasn’t fully healed.

I bought it for my teen daughter and I totally recommend the product. Before going to bed, she wash her face with a cleanser and then she puts one patch on the pimple and the next day in the morning we see the magic. If we apply a patch too early, we may not see much difference the next day so we may need to apply a patch for two or three nights in a row, depending on the size of the pimple.

These acne patches come in 3 sizes for different sizes of acne. I usually leave them for 24 hours so they can remove the pus in the acne, and also take away the inflammation. They're thick and visible but unless you put some water on your face right after sticking them, they won't move at all! Really good.
